A man has been charged in connection with a crash that resulted in the deaths of four people. James Diggle, 27, of Alundale Road in West Derby, Liverpool, faces four counts of aiding and abetting causing death by dangerous driving.
The charges follow the deaths of Jack Diggle, 23, Benjamin Dooley, 23, Andrew Roberts, 24, and Craig Shackleton-Brady, 26. The four men were killed when the black Cupra they were traveling in collided with a lamp-post in Huyton, on Merseyside, on July 24.
Merseyside Police announced that Diggle was scheduled to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court.
