German influencer Laura Viktoria Härtig died on Sunday at the age of 30, nearly three weeks after a collision on her bicycle while on her honeymoon in Italy. The accident occurred on June 23 in the Dolomite mountain range and involved Peter Runggaldier, 57, a former Olympian who was riding a motorcycle.

Härtig's bicycle reportedly broke into multiple pieces during the crash near the Sella Pass, and she sustained injuries upon falling to the asphalt. Emergency medical personnel resuscitated her at the scene before she was airlifted to San Maurizio Hospital in Bolzano, Italy.

Härtig, who documented her outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, and cycling on her Instagram page @alltimelaura to over 55,000 followers, had recently posted images from her wedding. Her final Instagram post, translated from German, spoke of her love for mountains and indicated she was now in a place of eternal sunshine and optimal conditions for her favorite activities.

Runggaldier, who represented Italy in skiing at the 1994 and 1998 Winter Olympics, also sustained serious injuries in the collision and was taken to Santa Chiara hospital in Trento. He posted a message on Instagram requesting privacy and expressing his thoughts for those involved and their families.

The Trento Prosecutor's Office is investigating the incident. A memorial message on Härtig's Instagram page marked her life dates as January 25, 1996 – July 12, 2026.
