Henry Moore, 37, of Fairfield, California, died on October 29 after his motorcycle crashed on an I-80 on-ramp. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) stated Moore failed to negotiate a curve on the Manuel Campos Parkway on-ramp around 4:30 a.m. Preliminary investigations suggest speed was a factor in the collision.

Officers discovered Moore unconscious with shallow breathing. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at 4:36 a.m. The CHP Solano office extended condolences to Moore's family and friends.

Moore's sister, Jessica Romero, told the San Francisco Chronicle that the timing of his death, the day before his daughter's birthday, was particularly devastating for the family. He is survived by his wife, Renee, and their three children: Ria, 11; Jhene, 8; and Nathaniel, 3.

Romero described her brother as a dedicated father and husband who worked 12-hour shifts at the Chevron Richmond refinery to provide for his family. He enjoyed traveling with his children and wife, planning family gatherings, and cherished their monthly Sunday dinners attended by about 20 relatives and friends. His obituary highlighted him as a source of joy and laughter who took great pride in his family.

Beyond his family commitments, Moore was known as an adrenaline seeker who loved adventures. His interests included snowboarding, customizing cars, collecting Pokémon cards, and exploring new places. Romero noted that for Moore, the greatest joy came from sharing these experiences with his loved ones.
