A British Nigerian influencer died in Thailand following a penis enlargement procedure, according to a UK coroner's report. Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, passed away on March 5 while on vacation in Bangkok with his wife, Daniella Simba Allen.

While the couple was receiving a massage, Ubiribo began to experience chest pain and loss of consciousness. He was transported to Sukhumvit Hospital, where he died of a pulmonary embolism before medical staff could conduct a CT scan. Doctors reportedly performed CPR for over 100 minutes.

A postmortem examination by a UK coroner determined that the hyaluronic acid and lidocaine used in the injection caused the fatal embolism.

Ubiribo, known on Instagram by monikers such as Denisi or Ego, had approximately 185,000 followers and was recognized for his affluent lifestyle. He owned property in Los Angeles valued at $1.1 million and an apartment in London worth $600,000.

He and Allen were married in Zimbabwe in 2022. Following his death, Ubiribo was buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly costing over $745,000.

Hyaluronic acid penile fillers can cost up to $9,000 and typically last between six and nine months.
