Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social in the early hours of Tuesday, launching attacks against two candidates vying for U.S. Senate seats.

His first post, at 12:52 a.m., targeted Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Michigan. Trump wrote that El-Sayed "Hates Jews and Hates Blacks. Don’t feel bad, he also Hates Whites," and suggested that "Only fools would vote for him." Trump further claimed El-Sayed would betray his supporters.

Approximately 20 minutes later, Trump turned his attention to Alaska, where he attacked Daniel J. Sullivan, an independent candidate for the U.S. Senate who shares his name with the incumbent Republican, Sen. Dan Sullivan. Trump posted an all-caps rant questioning the second Sullivan's whereabouts, referencing a CBS News report that Daniel J. Sullivan and his wife are known "world travelers" and had not been seen in his hometown of Petersburg, Alaska. Trump had previously alleged that the presence of a second Sullivan on the ballot was an attempt to commit "election fraud" by confusing voters and had directed his Justice Department to sue to block the certification of the vote. A judge dismissed that case on Sunday.

Reports indicated that FBI agents visited donors of Daniel J. Sullivan to ascertain which candidate they supported. Some donors told KFSK that they considered these visits to be "voter harassment," "interference," and "voter intimidation."

Trump also called for the removal of Democratic candidate Mary Peltola from the ballot in Alaska. The New York Times reported that Democratic operatives had actively recruited potential "spoiler" candidates, including seeking individuals named Dan Sullivan, to influence the election. Peltola has denied any involvement, and while the tactic is controversial, it is not inherently illegal.
