Music video director Joseph Kahn, a guest at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding, has defended the event against claims of disorganization and a lack of VIP treatment. The ceremony, which took place at Madison Square Garden, was attended by approximately 1,000 guests, including numerous A-list celebrities.

Kahn stated on X, formerly Twitter, that he appreciated the absence of VIP seating, suggesting that all attendees could "come down to earth and check their ego." He emphasized that the event was a wedding, not a club. The guest list reportedly included Selena Gomez, Sabrina Carpenter, Lena Dunham, Steven Spielberg, Karlie Kloss, Bradley Cooper, and Gigi Hadid.

Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, with Swift's brother, Austin Swift, serving as her "man of honor." Travis Kelce named his brother, Jason Kelce, as his best man.

Some reports from insiders described the event as "surprisingly chaotic," with claims of limited seating and long buffet lines. One guest reportedly expressed shock at the buffet, calling it a "tacky move." Others noted that attendees had to wait in lines for food, with some arrivals staggered and guests waiting for extended periods before the festivities began.

Guests were required to surrender their phones upon arrival and faced queues to retrieve them at the end of the night. The venue was reportedly transformed with emerald drapery, towering trees, and custom archways, creating an enchanted garden atmosphere. The entrance featured framed photographs of Swift and Kelce throughout their relationship, along with a "T and T" logo.

According to a press release from Swift's publicist, Tree Paine, the couple wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture. Photos of the couple and their wedding attire have not yet been publicly released.

Model Karlie Kloss was invited, though the two have been rumored to have been feuding for years

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who is one of Kelce's besties, also attended the wedding with his wife, Brittany
