Tammy Hembrow's activewear company, Saski Collection, is being sued for more than $63,500 by an investment company over an alleged breach of agreement. Me Investments, the owner of the Gold Coast building the company operated from, filed the lawsuit in the Southport Magistrates Court on April 13.
The amount sought in the lawsuit is $63,522.96. Marcel Elias, Managing Director of Me Investments, confirmed the court case is a public record but declined to comment further due to the ongoing legal proceedings. Representatives for Hembrow have not yet responded to requests for comment.
This legal action follows reports in December 2025 that Saski Collection, which Hembrow announced she was closing the week prior, was in rental arrears of $27,618.47. At that time, a representative for Hembrow denied the claims, stating the matter was "in dispute" and that "there is no rent outstanding."
According to a notice obtained by Daily Mail, Saski Collection was first issued a Notice to Remedy Breach of Covenant on November 13, 2025, requiring payment of the outstanding rent by November 28, 2025. The lessor subsequently terminated the lease and re-possessed the premises on December 1, 2025, citing the failure to pay the arrears.
The lease termination notice also stated that the lessor retained the right to recover further costs, including rental until a new tenant was found, property make-good costs, legal fees, and re-letting fees.
Saski Collection, launched by Hembrow in 2017, operated from a Robina, Gold Coast, property that served as both a warehouse and headquarters. The closure of the activewear brand was announced in December 2025. Hembrow also co-founded the supplements company Selfish Supps in April 2025 with her sisters, though recent activity on the brand's social media and website suggests a potential winding down of that venture as well.
