SoFi Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, is set to offer fans a significantly elevated dining experience this NFL season with the unveiling of a new, gourmet menu. The stadium's culinary team, led by Senior Executive Chef Omar Almaraz, has curated a selection inspired by the diverse cultural landscape of Los Angeles.
The menu spans Mexican, Italian, Asian, and American cuisines, aiming to showcase the city's rich culinary identity to fans traveling from across the country.
Concessions Offerings
For the general stadium crowd, the concessions menu features items such as a smoky brisket, available in a barbecue platter or as part of a popular brisket burrito. Tacos are also highlighted, with a focus on fresh ingredients and tender meat, complemented by a slightly spicy avocado sauce. Other globally inspired concession options include chicken and waffles with a maple vinaigrette, a Spam dog topped with pineapple fried rice and teriyaki sauce, Vietnamese coffee flan, sweet and sour chicken, Indian butter chicken fries, Italian sandwiches and salads, elote corn, tamales, shrimp burritos, and agua fresca.
Premium Dining Experiences
Fans with access to the stadium's numerous clubs can enjoy more upscale options, including lobster milanese and soyrizo and potato tacos with vegan feta. The private suites offer a truly luxurious selection, with standout dishes like crispy pork belly, Korean bulgogi cheesesteak, caviar, brisket ragout, shrimp croquettes, gourmet salami sandwiches, and an herb ricotta tartine. Desserts include matcha white chocolate cake and churro cheesecake.
The menu is divided into concessions for general attendees and more premium selections for suite and club guests, offering a tiered approach to game-day dining. The stadium's first game of the season was scheduled for Sunday, September 13.
