Rachel Uchitel, 51, has undergone a comprehensive plastic surgery transformation aimed at achieving a more youthful and natural look. The procedures, which took place over 9.5 hours, included a deep-plane facelift, a tightening brow lift, an under-eye fat transfer, a chin implant, a revision to her nose's columella, and the dissolving of extensive facial fillers.

Uchitel, who gained public attention in 2009 for her affair with golfer Tiger Woods, stated that she felt past cosmetic treatments, particularly fillers and laser procedures, had inadvertently made her appear older and puffy. She emphasized that her goal was not to defy aging or alter her appearance drastically, but rather to present a "fresher, more natural version" of herself.

"I'm 51 and I'm not trying to defy Mother Nature or look like a different person," Uchitel told the Daily Mail. "I simply wanted to look like a fresher, more natural version of myself. I realized that some of the things I had done over the years to avoid ageing, particularly fillers, had actually begun to age and distort my face."

She revealed that she spent two weeks dissolving residual fillers before the surgery. Her surgeon, Dr. Ira Savetsky, who was recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as one of America's best cosmetic doctors, encountered significant amounts of filler and scar tissue during the operation. Uchitel also noted that certain laser and energy-based treatments can lead to tissue changes and scarring.

To guide the surgical process, Uchitel used pre-surgery photographs of herself, including tabloid covers from the time of her affair with Woods, as references for her appearance before fillers.

Uchitel, who now hosts the podcast "Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel," decided to share her surgery journey to provide a realistic view of cosmetic procedures, including the recovery process. "I want women to see what happens between the polished before-and-after photographs, including the swelling, bruising, discomfort and emotional side of recovery," she said.

Recent years have seen increased popularity in facelifts, with surgeons noting a trend towards procedures that offer natural rejuvenation. Dr. Deepak Dugar, a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, explained that deep-plane facelifts are popular because they reposition deeper facial tissues, allowing the skin to settle more naturally. This approach aims for a refreshed appearance rather than an overly "done" look.

Uchitel also recently underwent a "skinny BBL" procedure using injectable fillers. This followed her 50th birthday, during which she had been exploring cosmetic options. Previously, she had considered a full Brazilian butt lift but was advised she did not have sufficient fat for the procedure. The injectable sculpting offered a less invasive alternative with no incisions or downtime. Uchitel married Florida security CEO Dan Donovan on New Year's Eve. She was previously engaged to James Andrew O'Grady, who died on September 11, 2001. Her first marriage was to Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz in 2004, followed by a three-year marriage to former football player Hahn, with whom she co-parents their daughter, Wyatt Lily.

She has also been open about past affairs, including those with Tiger Woods in 2009 and actor David Boreanaz in 2010.
