Newly revealed surveillance footage allegedly shows the precise movements of Tyler Robinson in the hours leading up to the shooting of Charlie Kirk, a former investigator testified Tuesday.

David Hull, a former Utah state investigator, presented videos in court that he claims depict Robinson on the Utah Valley University campus on September 10, 2025. According to Hull, the footage shows Robinson leaving the campus, returning, and ultimately ascending to a rooftop.

Hull asserted that Robinson, who resided three hours away, was seen roaming the campus and stopping for lunch at a Chick-Fil-A. The investigator further claimed that Robinson returned to the campus wearing different clothing and exhibiting a noticeable limp.

These videos, previously undisclosed, offered the clearest view to date of Robinson allegedly on the university grounds. Judge Tony Graf ruled against defense objections, allowing the footage to be shown in court during a hearing on July 7, 2026.
