Lisa Snowdon, 54, recently posed in a bikini during a yoga session with friends at a wellness retreat in Bali, a trip she took following her split from fiancé George Smart. The television presenter has traveled abroad after the separation and has been focusing on her well-being.
In photos shared on social media, Snowdon showcased her toned physique in a khaki one-shoulder bikini. She was seen balancing on a slate in a swimming pool during the yoga practice. Snowdon captioned one post, "Friends for life," alongside another image of herself in a black crop top and checked skirt.
Last week, Snowdon spoke about her experience on the retreat, stating she feels "stronger mentally." She shared that for her, wellness is about "connection," the "conversations that stay with you," moving her body, and "slowing her mind." She also mentioned moments of "soul searching," crying, and enjoying a "cold beer barefoot on the beach."
Snowdon expressed gratitude to Fiona Yoga for organizing the retreat in Bali and for her expertise in Pilates and Bikram yoga. "I am feeling stronger mentally and physically and it's not over yet!" she declared.
While Snowdon has not publicly addressed the split from Smart, she has not been seen wearing her engagement ring for several weeks, and Smart has not appeared on her social media since January. The couple briefly dated 20 years ago, reconnected in 2014, and became engaged in 2016. Snowdon had previously indicated she was in no rush to marry.
Over the summer, Snowdon took solo trips and spent time with family and friends, leading some followers to note Smart's absence from her photos. Social media users commented on his absence, with one writing, "Oh no, no George again." Another follower, in response to a bikini picture from a solo holiday, commented, "Looking stunning. Hope things are ok back home x."
In a recent interview, Snowdon described her current age of 54 as a "new chapter" in her life. She emphasized the importance of reframing aging positively and stated, "I'm in this powerful place where it's about, 'What do I want? What do I need?'" She added that this is a powerful time for self-reconnection and making significant life changes, referring to it as a "second spring."
Regarding her career, Snowdon expressed a desire for another "big TV presenting gig" and mentioned that she was not offered the role of host for Strictly Come Dancing.
