Jurors in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy were shown a video of the family on vacation at a water park, days before she allegedly killed her three young children. Clancy appeared to fight back tears as the footage was presented in Plymouth Superior Court.

Patrick Clancy, her ex-husband and the father of the children, testified and described the family's outing. He stated that Lindsay seemed to be interacting well with their children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan, during the visit to the Cape Codder resort. "Lindsay was always able to interact with our kids," he said from the stand. He also noted that she "seemed to be doing a lot better" at the time, despite having been hospitalized for suicidal ideations on Dec. 15, 2022, and again on New Year's Eve.

The video depicted Clancy playfully going down an indoor waterslide with her daughter Cora. Other images shown in court included Cora smiling in a snowsuit and wearing a mask, Dawson holding up a hand-drawn picture, and Clancy smiling while holding the youngest child, Callan.

Patrick Clancy remained stoic during his testimony, while Lindsay Clancy was observed attempting to suppress tears at the defense table.

Clancy faces charges related to the deaths of her three children on Jan. 24, 2023. Prosecutors have alleged she strangled them while experiencing postpartum psychosis. The exact date of the waterpark visit was not immediately specified in court.
