NBA champion and "Inside the NBA" co-host Kenny Smith has married Croatian influencer Tia Jurcic. The ceremony took place at a five-star resort in Newport Beach, California, the couple announced Tuesday.

Jurcic, 41, wore a white gown adorned with bows, while Smith, 61, donned a white tuxedo blazer with black pants for the occasion. Video from the event showed families from both the United States and Croatia dancing to music from each country. "If you're from America, we're going to take you to Croatia right now," Smith told the guests as Croatian music began to play.

Smith's "Inside the NBA" co-hosts Shaquille O'Neal, Charles Barkley, and Ernie Johnson were not visibly present in ceremony clips. Representatives for O'Neal and Barkley were contacted for comment regarding their attendance.

This marks Smith's third marriage. He was previously married in the 1990s and later had a 12-year marriage to English model Gwendolyn Osborne that concluded in 2018. Smith has four children and one stepchild. Jurcic was reportedly previously married to former basketball player Chris Warren, with whom she has a son, Domenik, who is a high school basketball prospect.

Both Smith, 61, and Jurcic, 41, were previously married and have kids from those relationships

Smith, a two-time NBA champion with the Houston Rockets in the 1990s, joined TNT Sports in 1998. He has become a prominent television analyst, frequently ranked alongside O'Neal and Barkley in popularity. Jurcic, originally from Croatia, comes from a country with a significant number of NBA players.

The two families were seen enjoying music from both the US and her native Croatia

The "Inside the NBA" team recently completed their first season airing on ESPN, following TNT Sports losing domestic NBA rights. TNT Sports continues to license the show to ESPN.
