The model and advocate, 42, posted a series of photos from the trip, which included beach visits, meals, and time with her husband Richard James Sutton and their daughters Belle, 12, and Penelope, nine.

During her getaway, Piper posted images of herself in various bikinis, including a blue two-piece and a gingham set, while also sharing snaps of her family. Piper also provided insights into her diet and fitness routine. She revealed that her household's weekly food shop amounts to approximately £200. Her typical workday includes hard-boiled eggs and a chicken wrap for lunch, chosen for its carbohydrate content to support her exercise regimen. Evening meals often consist of Shepherd's Pie or spaghetti Bolognese, with family breakfasts enjoyed on weekends.

Regarding beverages, Piper stated that she often opts for sparkling water. When indulging, her go-to hangover cure is bread-based, such as toast or sandwiches. Chocolate is noted as a guilty pleasure, specifically plain chocolate without nuts or raisins. An unusual treat she consumes on Friday nights is the juice from gherkins and silver-skin onions. Piper also mentioned a strong aversion to canned tuna, humorously stating she would refuse to date anyone who enjoys it.

Piper also recounted an incident from her past when a date at a Japanese restaurant left her with a £740 bill after he left without paying. She shared this experience, which occurred after her facial disfigurement from an acid attack when she was 24, during a talk at the Hay Festival. She explained that the man had not realized the extent of her facial scarring until they were at the restaurant. He left the table to speak to acquaintances and never returned, leaving Piper, who was on disability benefit at the time, to cover the entire cost.
