Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shared a collection of summer highlights on Instagram, including a photo with his girlfriend Katy Perry and former U.S. President Barack Obama.
In a post Friday, Trudeau, 54, shared a montage of moments from the past few weeks. Among the images was a snapshot of himself and Perry, 41, sharing a beer, which garnered a positive reaction from fans who commented on their appearance as a couple.
The post also included a picture with Michelle and Barack Obama.
Trudeau captioned the post: "Grateful for the moments that made this summer so special, and for the people I got to share them with."
Other photos featured his daughter Ella-Grace's graduation and a family holiday.
Trudeau and Perry have been publicly linked for over a year, with their relationship first rumored after they were seen dining together in Montreal in July of the previous year. They made their relationship Instagram official in December.
Earlier this summer, the couple made their red carpet debut at the 25th Annual Tribeca Festival for the premiere of the concert film "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris."
Trudeau was previously married to Sophie Grégoire for 18 years, with whom he shares three children: Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien. They announced their separation in August 2023.
Perry was previously in a long-term relationship with actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she has a five-year-old daughter, Daisy. The pair ended their nine-year relationship in mid-2023, with representatives stating their focus shifted to co-parenting. Perry was also briefly married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012.
