A guest house owned by the Trump Organization, previously occupied by Vice President JD Vance and his family, is now available for rent near Mar-a-Lago for $110,000 per month.
The property, located at 124 Woodbridge Road in Palm Beach, was listed at $122,500 per month prior to this adjustment. The annual rental cost amounts to $1.32 million.
Built in 1974, the four-bedroom, four-bath residence served as a temporary home for Vance and his family during the transition period before President Trump's second term. Sources indicated that Vance's dog, Atlas, was frequently seen on the beach during their stay.
The home is one of only seven properties on Palm Beach Island with a monthly rental price of $100,000 or more, according to the Palm Beach Board of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service.
The residence has been renovated and comes furnished, featuring mahogany and marble floors, a formal dining room, a living room, and a home office. The backyard includes a pool and a fenced area leading to the beach. A unique perk of renting the home is the potential for access to the Mar-a-Lago club, subject to the club's approval.
Donald Trump purchased Mar-a-Lago in 1985 and converted it into a club in 1993. He offered club memberships to neighboring homeowners, including those on Woodbridge Road, in exchange for their support during the conversion process.
Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties holds the listing for the property.
