Hungary has ordered 10 members of Russia's diplomatic mission to depart the country due to activities deemed unacceptable for diplomats, Foreign Minister Anita Orbán announced Tuesday.
Orbán did not specify the nature of the alleged activities or provide a timeline for the diplomats' departure. She emphasized that the decision was aimed at safeguarding Hungary's security and sovereignty.
The Hungarian government clarified that this action does not constitute a severing of diplomatic relations with Russia.
