Hilary Duff, 38, has shared her favored cosmetic procedures for maintaining a youthful look, stating, "I do all the things." The former Disney Channel star told People magazine that she is "obsessed" with microneedling and a "salmon sperm facial," which she described as working "so well." Duff also confirmed her use of Botox.

Duff, who is currently on her 57-date "The Lucky Me Tour," emphasized the importance of efficiency in her beauty routine, especially as a mother of four. "I used to spend hours getting ready," she said. "We [moms] have four minutes to get ourselves together. My kids come first." She also highlighted the benefits of staying hydrated, noting, "I'm also a huge water drinker."

Duff and her husband, Matthew Koma, have three daughters: Banks, seven; Mae, five; and Townes, two. She is also mother to 14-year-old son Luca Comrie from a previous marriage. Duff's tour, which features all-female opening acts, marks her first world tour in nearly two decades. She recently performed at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California, but mistakenly thanked San Jose in an Instagram post, prompting corrections from fans.

Duff is also active in brand partnerships and has a significant social media following. Her career began with the titular role in the Disney Channel series "Lizzie McGuire" and its subsequent film adaptation.
