A St. Petersburg, Florida, woman was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge after allegedly spitting on a bar manager. The incident occurred after the woman, identified as 19-year-old Hayley Serball, was confronted by employees for allegedly having sexual intercourse in a bar bathroom.
According to reports, Serball was in the process of being escorted from the bar, Shiso Crispy, when she turned and spat on the manager's face. Multiple witnesses reportedly confirmed the incident, and officers observed spit on the victim's face.
Following the alleged assault, Serball was arrested and later released on a $1,000 bond. This is not her first encounter with law enforcement, as she is reportedly involved in two pending felony cases. One case is related to an auto burglary arrest, and the other stems from an arrest for being an accessory after the fact to an aggravated assault with a firearm.
