An empty building undergoing construction in Mount Vernon, New York, collapsed on Wednesday, with surveillance video documenting the moment the structure crumbled.
Debris from the collapse spilled onto a nearby road and impacted parked vehicles. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as construction workers were on a break when the building gave way.
The building was under construction at the time of the incident.
