The Drudge Report, a conservative news aggregation website, recently mocked former President Donald Trump with a headline referring to him as "Lame Donald Duck." The headline was accompanied by an image that appeared to be an AI-generated combination of Trump and the Disney character.
This jab followed projections that Democrats would regain control of the House and Senate in the recent midterm elections. This marks the second notable criticism of Trump from the website after the Republican Party's performance in the vote. Previously, an "Orange Crush" headline was published above a photo highlighting Trump's complexion.
The Drudge Report, founded by Matt Drudge, was a supporter of Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign but has since become one of his more prominent conservative critics.
