UFC President Dana White privately expressed disbelief and frustration after Donald Trump offered him the role of White House Press Secretary, according to an insider speaking to the Daily Mail.

Trump announced on social media Saturday that he had offered the position to White, whom he described as a "violent Fighter and Warrior." However, according to the insider, White reacted to the offer with an expletive-laced rant, calling the proposal "absolutely crazy" proposal.

Despite his initial reaction, the insider suggested that White might be in a difficult position, potentially feeling compelled to accept the offer. The source indicated that the opportunity "might simply be too big to turn down."

The vacancy for White House Press Secretary arises after the previous secretary, Katie Zacharia, resigned in October amid a turbulent period for the administration. Trump and White have a long-standing friendship, reportedly spanning nearly three decades. White was a vocal supporter of Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign and has frequently attended UFC events where Trump has been a guest.
