Cecily Strong, a veteran cast member of "Saturday Night Live," has shared the essentials that form her morning routine. As a new mother and someone working on multiple television projects, Strong has been adapting to being a morning person, or at least attempting to.

Her regimen includes a focus on skincare, with a particular endorsement for Beauty of Joseon's sunscreen, which she discovered through online recommendations. "Anytime someone online says, ‘This is a great Korean sunblock,’ I usually go [for that]," Strong stated. She also uses an under-eye cream recommended by her dermatologist, noting, "I usually put on this AlphaRet under-eye cream [in the morning]." Another product she buys in multiples is the Ole Henriksen peptide lip balm.

In addition to her skincare, Strong's breakfast routine features a staple she has a long-standing affinity for: Thomas' English muffins. She revealed that her endorsement deal with the brand came as a surprise, given her existing habit of keeping the muffins in her refrigerator. "I am a fan organically," Strong said. "Actually, when my agent sent me this offer I was like, ‘You’re not going to believe this.’ I sent them a picture of my fridge to show that I have my English muffins currently in the fridge, because that was already my morning routine."

Her morning beverage of choice is Red Label black tea, prepared with milk and sugar.

Strong, known for her comedic roles on "Saturday Night Live," including characters like The Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With at a Party and Cathy Anne, is currently involved in a campaign for Thomas' English muffins, drawing parallels to her comedic background.
