Annie Knight, an adult content creator, has revealed her recent autism diagnosis, a condition her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, had suggested she might have years ago. Knight, 29, shared in an interview with the Daily Mail that while she suspected she was on the spectrum for years, she recently pursued a formal diagnosis. She noted that a strong sense of justice and an inability to easily discern unspoken social cues were among the traits that led her to seek confirmation.

"I have a really severe sense of justice. If I see injustice going on, it genuinely takes over my life. I need to speak up about it," Knight stated, explaining that she advocates for those she sees being mistreated. She also described experiencing profound empathy, to the extent that others' feelings deeply affect her, causing her to feel as though she is experiencing them herself. This, she learned, is also a facet of autism.

Knight also elaborated on how she tends to take statements at face value, finding it difficult to interpret subtext, which can lead to confusion when others are deceptive. "I cannot read between the lines if someone says, 'I like you'. I will believe what they say," she commented.

Despite some challenges, Knight highlighted how certain autistic traits have been advantageous, particularly her meticulous organizational skills. These abilities have significantly aided her in planning her upcoming wedding to Brayshaw. "I've always been an insanely organised, Type A person. I've got spreadsheets for everything in my life," she said. "I would say that it's helped me with the wedding, because I don't think many people can plan their whole wedding by themselves like I have."

Brayshaw has been a long-time supporter of Knight, and he was reportedly the first to suggest she might be autistic. Although they sometimes navigate misunderstandings due to differing perspectives, the couple, who have known each other since Knight was 18, are reported to be very happy. Knight mentioned that their long-standing relationship and her condition contribute to their harmonious dynamic, stating, "Henry knows what he's marrying, so he's pretty stoked with me taking over the wedding."

The wedding preparations have involved a significant budget, with costs reportedly reaching $180,000. Knight shared details about specific expenses, including $60,000 for the venue and $40,000 initially budgeted for her wedding dress, though she ultimately found a dress for $12,000. Other costs include $10,000 for photography and videography, $7,000 for groomsmen's outfits, $4,000 for hair and makeup, $3,000 for bridesmaids' dresses, and $2,700 for social media content. Knight announced her engagement to Brayshaw in March of the previous year, showing off an oval-shaped diamond ring that has been estimated to be worth up to $200,000.
