West Coast AFLW player Courtney Rowley has publicly confirmed her relationship with men's AFL player Tom Gross, a teammate.
Rowley announced the romance on Instagram, posting a photo of Gross with a golden retriever. Gross responded to the post with heart emojis.
Rowley's AFLW teammates expressed their delight in the comments section of the post. "Yes yes yes," commented fellow Eagle Ella Roberts, while co-captain Bella Lewis added, "So much to looooove."
Gross joined West Coast in 2021 and has played 36 matches for the club. He debuted in 2025 after being selected with pick No. 46 in the 2024 national draft.
Other notable sporting couples who have played for the same club include Sydney Roosters NRL stars Tommy Talau and Jessica Sergis, who became engaged earlier this year, and Richmond Tigers AFL pair Monique Conti and Rhyan Mansell.
