Milwaukee Bucks star Tyler Herro, 26, is reportedly involved in a legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend Katya Henry, following their recent breakup after nearly seven years together. The couple shares two children: a daughter, Zya, born in 2021, and a son, Harlem, born in 2023.

According to reports from TMZ, the legal battle centers on child custody and support. Herro, who claims to have been providing child support since Zya's birth, initially filed a request with the court to establish a parenting schedule and determine support payments. However, he later dismissed his case. Henry, a model, is seeking primary custody of their children, asserting she is their main caregiver.

In her court filings, Henry stated her desire for the children to maintain contact with Herro but also requested safeguards and parameters, both temporary and permanent, to ensure their safety and well-being, citing his alleged "historical conduct." She has reportedly withheld specific details of this conduct but alluded to past accusations of infidelity in a social media post from 2022 that has since been deleted.

Reports also indicate that Herro and Henry ceased living together over a year before the current legal dispute. Henry and the children reportedly moved out of Herro's Miami mansion in February 2025. Herro, who spent the first seven seasons of his NBA career with the Miami Heat before being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks this year, is expected to earn a base salary of $33 million for the 2026-27 season.
