Travis Kelce has returned to Kansas City Chiefs training camp to begin his 14th NFL season, describing his current state as "living the dream." The veteran tight end arrived at the team's facility at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri, on Wednesday.

Kelce's eventful summer included his wedding to singer Taylor Swift on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York. The ceremony reportedly had over 1,000 guests and was subject to a strict no-phones policy. Adam Sandler served as the officiant, and both Kelce and Swift wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture outfits designed in collaboration with Jonathan Anderson.

Despite the high-profile summer, Kelce appeared ready for football. Videos from the camp showed him interacting with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and participating in drills. Head coach Andy Reid commented that Kelce "looked pretty good" and appeared to have stayed in shape, jokingly adding that the tight end "did a lot of dancing at his wedding."

Last season, the Chiefs struggled, finishing with a 6-11 record and missing the playoffs for the first time since 2014. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL and LCL in a Week 15 loss to the Chargers, a game that also ended the team's postseason hopes. Mahomes has since been cleared and is participating in camp.

Kelce recorded 851 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 17 games last season. The Chiefs are set to open their season on Monday Night Football against the Denver Broncos on September 14 at Arrowhead Stadium.
