Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign goalkeeper Martin Dubravka, with plans to utilize him as a backup option. The potential acquisition comes as the club anticipates the departure of current first-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who is widely expected to join Juventus this summer.

Dubravka, 37, a former goalkeeper for Newcastle and Manchester United, became a free agent after Burnley's relegation from the Premier League. His potential arrival would provide depth to the goalkeeping position.

Meanwhile, the future of Antonin Kinsky, 23, appears to be strengthening. The Czech Republic international, who previously withdrew from the World Cup for surgery, showed promising form after regaining his place in the squad during Tottenham's campaign to avoid relegation. Kinsky's youth and recent performances position him as a potential successor to the more experienced Vicario, who has been with the club since 2023.

New manager Roberto de Zerbi is reportedly looking to strengthen the squad ahead of his second season. In addition to goalkeeping reinforcements, the club is also pursuing Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali. Tottenham's initial £75 million offer for Tonali was reportedly rejected, but an improved bid is anticipated. Tonali is understood to be open to a move, though a transfer to Premier League champions Arsenal is also a possibility.

Milan City is also reportedly monitoring the situation regarding Tonali, should their pursuit of Elliot Anderson prove unsuccessful. Tottenham has already secured the signing of Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke for £52 million. The club is also said to be interested in West Ham's Mateus Fernandes, but Manchester United is considered the frontrunner for that transfer.
