The inaugural TIME100 Sports Gala brought together prominent figures from the sports world and beyond for an event held in New York City on July 16. Attendees walked the red carpet, marking the first of its kind for the publication.
Among the notable guests were basketball superstar LeBron James and his wife Savannah James, singer Ciara, and Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. Other athletes present included Jalen Brunson, Myles Garrett, Alysa Liu, and Jordan Chiles. Kristin and Kyle Juszczyk, Servando Carrasco and Alex Morgan, and Kayla Nicole also attended the event.
Sports journalist Shams Charania was among the attendees, as was Prince Harry. The gala celebrated individuals recognized by TIME for their impact in the sports industry.
