The Baltimore Ravens will face the Indianapolis Colts on September 13 at Lucas Oil Stadium to begin their 2026 NFL season.
Both teams are looking to rebound from challenging recent seasons. The Ravens are aiming for their first playoff appearance in four years, while the Colts are seeking their first win since November of the previous season. The Colts ended their last campaign with an 8-9 record after losing their final seven games.
New Ravens head coach Jesse Minter expressed confidence in his team's preparation. "I feel good about where we're at," Minter, the former Chargers defensive coordinator, stated. "I really appreciate the mindset and work they've put in since training camp began, and these guys have stayed really focused."
BetMGM Sportsbook has listed Baltimore as 3.5-point favorites for the Week 1 matchup. However, The Arizona Republic suggested that a healthy Daniel Jones could potentially upset Baltimore.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. ET. For viewers without cable, the game can be streamed for free via a five-day trial of DIRECTV's live TV streaming service, which includes CBS among its sports-focused channels.
