Hallie Aiono, the ex-girlfriend of Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, has shared social media posts suggesting she may have moved on and found new romantic interests.
Nacua has been in the public eye frequently since the start of the 2025 NFL season and through the offseason, often due to off-field controversies. These include a stint in rehabilitation following accusations of biting a woman on New Year's Eve and claims of using anti-Semitic phrases, which Nacua's lawyer has vehemently denied. The woman who filed the initial accusations had also sought a restraining order against Nacua, but it was denied by a California judge.
Nacua has since completed his rehabilitation and has reportedly returned to the dating scene.
Aiono and Nacua welcomed a son, Kingston, in early 2025. However, Aiono had previously filed court documents to establish paternity. Despite these legal proceedings, the two appear to have established a co-parenting relationship.
Last Thursday, Aiono posted several photos on social media showcasing a black outfit while on what appeared to be a dinner outing. The post was captioned, "last night," accompanied by a hand-over-mouth emoji. In response to a user's comment on the post, which read, "Whomever took the picture of this beautiful soul of a marvelous woman better NOT break her precious heart!", Aiono replied with a crossed-fingers emoji and the same hand-over-mouth emoji used in her initial caption, further fueling speculation about a new relationship.
