Manchester City has reached an agreement to sign winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras for a deal that could total up to £34.2 million. The 22-year-old Brazilian is being brought in as a replacement for compatriot Savinho, who is reportedly close to joining Tottenham.

The club has agreed to an initial fixed fee of £32 million, with an additional £2.2 million contingent on add-ons. Allan is scheduled to undergo a medical in the coming days.

In separate transfer developments, Manchester City is also in advanced discussions to sell forward Omar Marmoush to Tottenham. Sources indicate a strong possibility of this deal being finalized before the September 1 transfer deadline, though some details are still being negotiated between the clubs.
