Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, has voiced her discontent with the NFL's scheduling, arguing that it leaves the Rams as the only team without a full bye week. The team is set to play on Thanksgiving Eve, resulting in a 10-day break instead of the customary 14 days.

Stafford shared her concerns on Instagram, questioning the league's decision-making process. "Just curious to hear the thought process behind making the Rams the only team in the NFL without a true bye week," she wrote. "Because damn, after 18 years around this league, even I need a week off during the season... and I have never played a single snap."

She added, "I'm tired just watching from the stands. Can't imagine how the guys feel."

The article from Outkick notes that Matthew Stafford, who has earned an estimated $400 million in his career, has previously shown little sympathy for his wife's complaints about the demands of traveling for games. During one instance, he told Kelly, "You choose to do these trips. No one is telling you to do them," when she complained about her feet hurting from wearing cowboy boots at a game.

Kelly Stafford responded to his comments by saying, "Listen, I don't know if this is going to be your last year. I'm trying to make it a family year. I do this for you!"

Despite the shorter bye week, the Staffords are expected to celebrate Thanksgiving at home. The Rams' game on Thanksgiving Eve is scheduled to be streamed on Netflix.
