San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey has returned to practice in full uniform, signaling a positive step in his recovery from leg tightness.

Mccaffrey had been sidelined for approximately two weeks with the issue, which the team had described as "tightness" in his leg. This absence raised concerns due to a similar situation McCaffrey experienced before the 2024 season, which led him to miss the entire preseason and the first eight regular-season games.

McCaffrey's return to practice in full gear is seen as a significant boost for the 49ers' offense as they prepare for their Week 1 game against the Rams, scheduled for September 10 in Australia. The team also saw tight end George Kittle activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Sunday, further strengthening their offensive capabilities.
