The Los Angeles Chargers are reportedly not looking to trade any players as the NFL trade deadline approaches on November 10, despite the team’s winless 0-7 record this season. ESPN insider Mina Kimes reported that she has been informed the front office will not be making any player transactions.

“What the hell are you doing? What are you doing? What world are you living in where you’re turning down trade offers?” Kimes questioned. “This version of the team is over. You gotta start thinking about 2027, guys. That is absurd.”

Despite their struggles, the Chargers have made minimal changes. Offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, whose unit is one of the league's least productive, announced he will call plays from the booth instead of the sideline, a move that appears to be the most significant adjustment made by the team this season. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has consistently expressed a determination to improve, but with Week 9 approaching, the team faces the possibility of starting 0-8.
