Larsa Pippen, known for her role in "The Real Housewives of Miami," announced on Thursday that she has been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. She shared this personal health update on her Instagram Story, posting a headline about Matt Damon's wife, Luciana Barroso, who underwent brain surgery after suffering a brain aneurysm in 2024.

Pippen, 52, wrote, "I get diagnosed with a brain aneurysm yesterday, and I wake up to this." She added, "I’m sick."

A brain aneurysm is characterized by a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain. According to the Mayo Clinic, if it ruptures, it can cause bleeding in the brain and may become life-threatening, requiring emergency treatment.

This health revelation follows Pippen's previous discussion about a health issue in August 2025, when she attributed her altered appearance to an allergic reaction to a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment. PRP is a procedure that uses a patient's own blood platelets to encourage healing and tissue repair, as explained by Penn Medicine.

Pippen is the mother of four children with her ex-husband, NBA legend Scottie Pippen. She previously dated Marcus Jordan, son of Michael Jordan, for over a year before their split in February 2024. More recently, she has been in a relationship with basketball player Jeff Coby since early 2025, and in July of that year, she mentioned to People that they were discussing engagement rings.
