Brandi Glanville, known for her role in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has disclosed a new health development: the discovery of a benign tumor in one of her facial lymph nodes. The 53-year-old reality television personality shared this update during a recent podcast appearance, suggesting it could be the cause of ongoing fluid buildup and discomfort in her face.

"Mama found out that I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face," Glanville stated on her "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered" podcast. She explained that the tumor is not cancerous and that she received the diagnosis after finding a lump that had been present for years. Glanville noted that doctors had previously dismissed the lump as scar tissue, a dismissal she found frustrating.

This tumor discovery comes as Glanville continues to grapple with a long-standing issue she describes as a facial parasite, which has caused parts of her face to appear to be "sinking in again." She reported that her face began to change again after she thought she had recovered. "I don't know what's wrong with me, guys," she admitted, "I thought I was fixed, and then it happened again and now it's sinking in again."

Glanville has been dealing with these facial issues for approximately three years, during which she has consulted numerous doctors and reportedly spent over $100,000 seeking a diagnosis. She previously speculated that ruptured breast implants and leaking silicone might have contributed to her lymph nodes becoming clogged, exacerbating her facial problems. The recurring symptoms have impacted her ability to wear makeup, as she can only tolerate it for short periods before needing to remove it.

The reality star shared her health update shortly after being involved in a controversy during the filming of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip." She was accused of sexual harassment by Caroline Manzo in January 2023. Glanville's representatives released a statement at the time denying the allegations, stating that no sexual assault occurred and that Glanville was following producers' instructions. The statement also mentioned the toll the accusations had taken on her mental and physical health.
