Supermodel Adriana Lima, at 45, maintains her physique through a rigorous fitness and diet plan, emphasizing boxing and consistent training. Lima, known for her iconic Victoria's Secret runway presence, works out daily, often incorporating boxing, which constitutes about 80 percent of her training regimen.
Her training is overseen by Kirk Myers, founder of Dogpound Gym and trainer to Taylor Swift, and former middleweight boxing champion Michael Olajide Jr. Lima's workouts include cardio-heavy exercises such as battle ropes, core work, and medicine ball exercises, but she avoids CrossFit. She also travels with a jump rope to ensure no workout is missed and runs approximately 5 kilometers twice a week. Classes at Barry's Bootcamp are also part of her routine when in the UK, alongside yoga, Lagree, and Pilates for more relaxed sessions.
Lima follows a disciplined diet, consuming six small meals a day and drinking two liters of water. Her typical breakfast consists of oatmeal with nuts and fruit, followed by a protein shake with fruits and vegetables for her morning snack. Lunch usually comprises chicken breast with sweet potato, quinoa, or rice and vegetables. An afternoon snack might include carrot sticks, celery sticks, and nuts, while dinner is typically a salad with chicken or fish. For a nighttime snack, she opts for buckwheat with hemp milk and honey.
She credits nine hours of sleep and meditation before bed for her well-being. While disciplined, Lima occasionally indulges in treats like chocolate cake, though she drinks her coffee with honey instead of sugar. She announced her marriage to film producer Andre Lemmers before Christmas in 2024. The couple began dating in early 2021 and welcomed their son, Cyan Lima Lemmers, in August 2022. Lima also has two daughters, Valentina and Sienna, from her previous marriage to basketball player Marko Jaric.
