Zendaya and Tom Holland were seen leaving Oswald's, a private members' club in London, arm-in-arm following a celebratory party for their new film, "The Odyssey." The event took place Monday night after the premiere of Christopher Nolan's latest movie at the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square.
Zendaya, who plays Athena in the film, impressed with two distinct fashion choices throughout the evening. For the red carpet, she wore a Schiaparelli gown featuring a breastplate bodice, a look styled by Law Roach who reportedly flew the couture piece from Paris directly to London. Later, for the after-party, she changed into a Valentino olive draped gown with a vine-detailed bust, accessorized with Christian Louboutin shoes and Chopard jewelry. Her hair was styled in a Grecian rope braid, a nod to her character.
Holland, who portrays Telemachus, Odysseus's son, looked sharp in a chocolate brown suit. The couple appeared in high spirits as they departed the venue.
"The Odyssey" is an adaptation of Homer's ancient Greek epic poem. The film follows King Odysseus (played by Matt Damon) on his challenging journey home after the Trojan War to reunite with his wife, Penelope. Anne Hathaway, who is pregnant, stars as Penelope and attended the premiere in a strapless blue gown.
The premiere and subsequent party drew a considerable number of cast members and notable figures, including Lupita Nyong'o, Benny Safdie, John Leguizamo, Robert Pattinson, Himesh Patel, director Christopher Nolan, and Emma Thomas. Charlize Theron was also photographed at the event.
This project marks Nolan's most expensive film to date, with a reported budget of $250 million, and is his first to be shot entirely on IMAX 70mm cameras. "The Odyssey" is scheduled for release on July 17.
