Zendaya and Tom Holland attended a fan event for their upcoming film, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," in Mexico City on Monday. The couple, who reprised their roles as MJ and Peter Parker, posed together in front of the Aztlán 360 Ferris wheel.
Zendaya, whose last name is Coleman, sported a new look featuring faux micro bangs and a faux top bun, styled by Ursula Stephen. Her makeup, done by Ernesto Casillas, included defined brows, long false lashes, and a glossy lip. She wore a black Ashi Studio gown with sheer lace detailing and accessorized with spider earrings. The 29-year-old actress's ensemble was curated by her stylist, Law Roach.
Holland, 30, opted for a classic black double-breasted suit, a matching necktie adorned with a spider pin, and dress shoes selected by stylist Crystalle Cox. His grooming was handled by Rachael Speke.
The film "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is set to be released in U.S. and U.K. theaters on July 31. Director Destin Daniel Cretton also joined the couple at the event, posing with them and a Mexican flag featuring Spider-Man artwork.
Holland and Zendaya's relationship was rumored to have begun in 2017 while they were promoting the first "Spider-Man" film. They confirmed their romance in 2021. Zendaya confirmed last month in an interview with Esquire that she and Holland secretly married sometime before March.
Beyond their "Spider-Man" roles, both actors have upcoming projects. Zendaya is slated to produce and star as Ronnie Spector in a biopic based on the singer's memoir, "Be My Baby." She will also conclude her role as Chani in "Dune: Part Three," scheduled for release on December 18. Holland's future films include an untitled Fred Astaire biopic, the thriller "The Partner," and the drama "American Speed."
