YouTuber and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Morgan Burtwistle, known as AngryGinge, confronted a fan accused of making racist remarks during England's World Cup match against Ghana in Foxborough, USA, on Tuesday. Burtwistle, 24, documented the encounter on his MoreGinge YouTube channel.

According to Burtwistle's video, the alleged racist comments were directed at the Ghanaian national team. He reported the incident to a steward, stating that the individual should be removed from the stadium. Burtwistle expressed frustration when initially informed that action could only be taken if the remarks were repeated.

"Kick it out is the saying, I will stand by that," Burtwistle said in the video, referring to anti-racism campaigns. "So he's going now getting his supervisor and we'll see what happens. There's no way he should ever set foot at a stadium or watch a football game ever again."

The fan eventually apologized, saying, "I'm sorry about my comment about Ghana, it won't happen again." Burtwistle responded, "No it won't happen again, because you're going to get thrown out." When the fan asked to forget the incident, Burtwistle replied, "Forget about you being racist!? No, mate."

Despite Burtwistle's efforts and the fan's apology, Burtwistle claimed the individual was not immediately removed from the stadium and was seen elsewhere within the venue after the initial confrontation. Burtwistle also alleged that the fan, identified as a "clothing brand owner," asked him to promote his brand.

Following the match, Burtwistle criticized the American stewards for their handling of the situation. "It's absolutely not good enough from the American stewards," he stated. "I've gone and reported it, he's not been kicked out of the stadium, we saw him as we left, he's been allowed to watch the whole game after the things he was saying about the Ghana team."

Burtwistle added that he believed it was a "fucking disgrace" that the fan was allowed to remain after he had reported the incident and that multiple witnesses had heard the remarks. The match itself ended in a 0-0 draw.
