Yolanda Hadid, mother to models Gigi and Bella Hadid, is reportedly engaged to real estate developer Randy Kendrick. Sources told TMZ on Tuesday that Kendrick proposed earlier this week, and Hadid has accepted.

This would be Hadid's third marriage. She was previously married to Mohamed Hadid, with whom she shares her three children, and later to songwriter David Foster. Her engagement comes approximately 18 months after her split from Joseph Jingoli, her fiancé of several years. Hadid and Jingoli had become engaged in 2022, but they announced their separation in January 2025.

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, described as a national logistics real estate platform. He also serves as CEO for Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, a large master-planned community in Texas. Kendrick reportedly has a background in real estate development dating back to his high school years. He has previously been married to Gretchen Kendrick, who is listed as the chief operating officer of Xebec.

Hadid and Kendrick have largely kept their romance private. Hadid, a former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," became a U.S. citizen in 2013.

Hadid first married Mohamed Hadid in 1994, and they divorced in 2000. She then married David Foster in 2011, announcing their separation in 2015, with the divorce finalized in 2017.
