Fans of HBO's The White Lotus can now book the Thai villa that figured prominently in season three. Villa Amaravida, a palatial estate in Phuket’s Cape Yamu, is being offered as a luxury vacation rental with nightly rates ranging from about 5,700 to 13,650. In the series, the hillside retreat serves as the hideout of Greg Hunt, a recurring character played by Jon Gries who is shown as much wealthier and more embattled in season 3 after an earlier Hawaii vacation appearance.

Two villas were used for Greg's lavish home: Villa Amaravida on Phang Nga Bay side and a modernist hilltop retreat near Koh Samui's Chaweng Beach. The Phuket villa sits on more than 86,000 square feet of beachfront land and the structure itself covers more than 43,000 square feet of interior and exterior space. The rental includes three pools on three levels, sweeping glass walls, and panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay. The estate houses eight bedrooms and a full staff of seven, including a private chef. Inside, amenities include a cinema, a professional gym and spa, a wine cellar, and a breezy Scandinavian-inspired design described by the listing as intrinsically Scandinavian. Outdoor features include tennis and basketball courts, a 16-person rooftop bar, and a spacious lawn area for entertaining.

The Koh Samui property used for Greg's other residence, described as a modernist hilltop retreat near Chaweng Beach, is similarly available to rent on Airbnb, expanding the on-screen locale into a real-world vacation option. Marketing for Villa Amaravida is handled by Feroz Taj, of The Agency Beverly Hills.

Rental terms require a minimum stay of three nights, and longer stays are common around major holidays such as Christmas and Chinese New Year. Weddings and events are not permitted.

Even as fans chase the chance to live inside a fictional narrative, the villas signal a broader trend in luxury travel, where filming locations become aspirational real estate. The White Lotus familiar theme of resort excess has turned a seaside paradise into a curated vacation experience for paying guests, with the Phuket villa thrusting visitors into the same tropical surroundings that shaped Greg Hunt's story.

The Phang Nga Bay coastline frames the villa, whose glass walls flood interior spaces with light and invite sea views from multiple angles. Inside, the property blends opulence with daylight and outdoor entertainment spaces, including three pools across three levels, a private tennis court, a basketball court, and a rooftop bar designed to accommodate large gatherings. The eight bedrooms, plus a full staff, promise a turnkey luxury experience for guests who want more than just a room for the night.
