Vogue Williams is enjoying a family holiday in Marbella as she approaches the final stages of her fourth pregnancy. The Irish presenter, 40, shared photos on Instagram from the luxurious Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella, where she is staying with her husband Spencer Matthews, their three children – Theodore, seven, Gigi, six, and Otto, three – and her sister Amber Wilson.
The presenter showcased her baby bump in a red bikini in a series of snaps from the trip. Williams and Matthews announced in April that they were expecting their fourth child.
Williams has also spoken candidly about experiencing two miscarriages before conceiving her fourth child. She described one loss a year ago as 'awful and heartbreaking.' Williams and Matthews married in June 2018.
She recounted her first miscarriage, which occurred early in a pregnancy before she welcomed daughter Gigi in 2020. Williams explained that a more recent loss occurred after a 12-week scan revealed the embryo had not developed. She expressed feelings of embarrassment and that her body had failed her.
Matthews described the journey to their current pregnancy as having "more bumps in the road" compared to previous ones, but expressed gratitude for their existing children and the anticipation of their new arrival.
Williams detailed the emotional impact of the second miscarriage, particularly having to inform others she had already told about the pregnancy. She underwent a procedure at Chelsea and Westminster NHS hospital to manage the situation, allowing her to proceed with planned travel.
