Comedian Joanne McNally has revealed she has booked a free hair transplant, a decision that has left her friend and podcast co-host Vogue Williams horrified.

McNally, 43, shared the news on their podcast "My Therapist Ghosted Me," stating that a company approached her after hearing her discuss her hairline on the show. "Did you know I was offered a hair transplant, a company got in touch," McNally said. "No, it’s in England. And she was like, 'Hey, we listen to the pod and we hear you always talking about your hairline and you’re on the Minoxidil. Would you be interested in getting a hair transplant at the front?"

Vogue Williams, 40, expressed her strong opposition to the plan. "Now, Joanne I’d let you do most things and let you go on your merry way and do most of the things that you like to do. But I’m not going to let you get a hair transplant. I’m sorry you can’t," Williams stated. Despite Williams's objections, McNally confirmed that she has already booked the procedure, with dates being discussed.

McNally explained that she has a "bit of a receding hairline" which she currently treats with Regaine and Minoxidil, but desires "a couple of extra inches at the front." She plans to undergo the procedure next year when her schedule is less demanding, specifically when she is not touring, filming, or actively promoting. "When I’m writing my book. I can have a hair transplant when I’m writing my book," she added.

Williams reiterated her stance, saying, "Everyone should do what they want to do. Their own body and their own choice. I just don’t feel like you need a hair transplant and I just don’t think you’re going to like it." McNally, however, remained resolute, insisting, "Yeah, I think I’ll love it. It’s happening."

In other recent discussions, McNally also shared anecdotes from her appearance on the upcoming series of "Celebrity Traitors," including her interactions with Jerry Hall and her impressions of fellow cast member Ross Kemp. She described Kemp as a "fascinating man who’s led a billion lives" with "stories about cartels and guns."
