Vogue Williams has revealed that she and her husband, Spencer Matthews, have openly discussed how they would handle a divorce and co-parenting if their marriage were to end.
Speaking on her podcast "My Therapist Ghosted Me" with Joanne McNally, the 41-year-old TV and radio presenter emphasized that a separation is not on the horizon for the couple. However, she explained the importance of having planned for such eventualities.
"It's what should be done, but I just I never understand that," Williams said, referring to discussions about divorce. "Like me and Spenny, we've spoken about that. Not that we're like we're not getting divorced. Jesus, don't write about it joke or otherwise."
She added that she has told Matthews she would never make it difficult for him to see their children, emphasizing that the children are the ones who would suffer the most in a contentious split. Williams also humorously noted that she had designated certain friends and family members to whom Matthews could not lay claim in the event of a divorce.
The couple is currently undertaking an extensive 18-month renovation of their London home. They sold their previous Battersea apartment for £4.25 million and purchased a new property in June 2025. The family of six is temporarily residing in rental accommodation during the renovation.
Williams recently shared a glimpse of the ongoing work, showing the substantial transformation of the house, which builders are working on extending with a basement area in the garden. Previously, the house featured many original elements, which Williams noted before the renovation began last December.
Despite the stresses of managing four children, moving, and undertaking a major home renovation, Williams expressed pride in her relationship with Matthews. She remarked on their ability to still like each other, calling it "amazing" given the circumstances. The couple met in 2017 while filming "The Jump" and married in June 2018. They are parents to Theodore, Gigi, Otto, and their newborn son, Remy Valentine.
