Usher removed a fan from the stage during his Nashville concert on Saturday after she displayed an awkward and uncomfortable reaction to his seductive dance moves. The incident occurred at Nissan Stadium during The R&B Tour, which features Chris Brown.

The fan, who was brought onto the stage from a VIP section, was positioned on a bed as Usher, 47, began performing and dancing closely to her. Video of the moment, uploaded to the Instagram account @615nav, shows the fan with a stiff expression. Usher then paused his performance, looked to the audience, and stated into the microphone, "I don't think she wanna be on stage." He then gestured for the fan to return to the audience.

Social media users shared mixed reactions in the comments of the viral video. Some speculated about the fan's motivations for going on stage, while others defended her potential nervousness or discomfort. One user joked, "She was looking for Chris Brown & settled for Usher." Another commented, "Pay extra to do that on stage is so funny."

The fan later addressed the incident on social media. In a since-deleted Facebook post, she reportedly stated that she did not decline to be on stage and was pleased to be seen by thousands on the big screen. She explained that she and her mother had floor seats but were moved to a VIP area due to "pretty privileges," and that she was not informed who she would be going on stage for. She added that she would not be bullied over the experience.

On her Instagram stories, she further defended her reaction, stating, "My attitude isn't "nasty" until I'm provoked!! Y'all aren't gonna get on the internet calling me out my name and disrespecting me and expect me to keep cool!" She also shared selfies captioned "Unbothered."

The fan has since addressed the awkward interaction from Saturday's concert

The fan's aunt posted on Facebook that her niece had a "nice conversation" with Usher's wife, Jennifer Goicoechea, after leaving the stage. Representatives for Usher did not immediately respond to requests for comment from the Daily Mail.

Usher and Brown began their R&B tour last month in Denver. The tour is scheduled to continue through December 12 in Tampa, with upcoming dates in Birmingham, Alabama, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, and New Orleans. Usher has previously stated that Chris Brown's legal issues would not affect the tour, describing Brown as "my brother, and he's amazing as a performer."
