Tulisa Contostavlos, the former N-Dubz star and X Factor judge, flaunted a toned physique in an olive green bikini as she soaked up the last of the summer sun on a Mediterranean jaunt. The 37-year-old posted a sun-soaked selfie while lounging by the water and updating followers on her getaway.

She complemented the look with a butterfly necklace and a silver belly button charm, then posted an evening shot in a form-fitting white dress as she prepared for a dinner spread. The caption read "Mediterranean nights" as she posed with a distant gaze.

Her holiday updates come as she revealed she has ended a three-year celibacy and hinted at finding love. During her appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, she described her orientation as based on emotional connection rather than physical attraction, though the thought of a relationship sometimes left her feeling physically ill.

She also spoke candidly about a traumatic period in her past: at the peak of her fame in 2012, she endured a high-profile court case after her former boyfriend Justin Edwards released a sex tape of her. She said the incident left her traumatized and has continued to affect her relationships; she has said she felt judged, disgusting and ashamed, noting that revenge porn was not illegal at the time and that she only received a court apology from him.

On Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast last month, Tulisa said she was no longer celibate but stressed that she is very selective. She described attraction as something that rises from a deep emotional connection and time, and she rejected the idea of pursuing sex without that bond, saying that love is about time and loyalty and choosing someone every day.

She has discussed periods of being asexual in the past, saying she can also be sapiosexual—attracted to intelligence. She said she emphasizes that she is single and not seeking a relationship for its own sake.

Beyond the travel snaps, Tulisa is promoting her forthcoming autobiography, Judgement: Love, Trials and Tribulations, in which she promises a brutally honest account of her battles with addiction, two suicide attempts and the sex-tape scandal.
