Travis Kelce has offered a cryptic response when asked by a wedding guest if his nuptials to Taylor Swift would take place at Madison Square Garden.

George Kittle, Kelce's co-founder at Tight End University, told Entertainment Tonight that he and his wife, Claire, have received invitations to the wedding but are unaware of the specific venue. Kittle recounted asking Kelce directly about the Madison Square Garden speculation.

"I actually asked Travis last night and he laughed at me, so," Kittle said, referring to Kelce's reaction. "I’m half expecting there to be just a jumbo jet on a runway and they put us on a plane somewhere."

Despite the secrecy surrounding the location, Kittle expressed confidence in the event. "I don’t have expectations because I know it’s going to be amazing," he stated.

Kittle also revealed he plans to wear a blue suit to the wedding. In a separate interview with "Extra TV," Kittle mentioned that the couple has requested "absolutely no gifts" from guests, though he intends to get them something regardless.

Kelce and Kittle, alongside sportscaster Greg Olsen, recently hosted the sixth annual Tight End University training summit in Nashville. Swift attended the event on Tuesday night, performing "Love Story" with Lainey Wilson.

Kittle, 32, praised Kelce for balancing his pre-wedding commitments with his support for Swift. "He’s got the great energy, love for the boys, but just seeing him always watch her back and always be there for her when she needs anything, it’s just kind of fun to see," Kittle said.

Page Six previously reported that Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs player, who began dating in 2023, are planning to marry at Madison Square Garden over Independence Day weekend. The couple reportedly considered other locations, including Swift's mansion in Rhode Island, before settling on the New York City venue.

A permit application filed with New York City requested street closures around Madison Square Garden and permission for a public tent outside the venue from July 2 to July 4, hinting at an event of significant scale. The permit indicated an expected attendance of 500 to 999 guests.

Sources also told Page Six that Chiefs players have made reservations at the Marriott Marquis in Midtown for the period around the reported wedding date, further fueling speculation about a New York City celebration.
