Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are reportedly implementing a "no gifts" policy for their upcoming wedding, according to NFL player George Kittle, a friend of the couple. Kittle, who is among the nearly 1,000 guests expected at the celebration, shared that while the couple has requested no gifts, he is considering a personal present for Kelce.
"They said absolutely no gifts," Kittle stated. "But I was thinking Travis, for some reason, likes old coins so I might get him one of those. Sounds expensive."
Swift and Kelce's wedding is rumored to be just weeks away, with plans for a large reception at New York City's Madison Square Garden. Notable guests expected to attend include Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Zoe Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Suki Waterhouse, Robert Pattinson, and the Haim sisters.
Swift recently surprised fans with a performance at Tight End University in Nashville, an event co-hosted by Kelce. During her rendition of "Love Story," she playfully flashed her engagement ring, drawing a large reaction from the crowd.
"He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring," Swift sang before gesturing to her own ring finger. The singer wore a strapless black midi dress for the performance. She dedicated the song to George Kittle, noting it was a special request from the tight end.
Prior to the concert, Swift and Kelce attended the opening event for Tight End University together. Swift wore a pale yellow floral mini dress and posed on the red carpet with Kelce and other attendees, including Claire Kittle and Talbot Olsen.
Kelce, a star for the Kansas City Chiefs, co-hosts the annual Tight End University summit with Kittle and Greg Olsen, bringing together tight ends from across the NFL for film study, on-field work, and social events. Kelce arrived at the event following a bachelor party celebration that included a visit to NASCAR's first race at Naval Base Coronado.
While honeymoon plans remain unclear, Kelce is expected to return for the start of the Chiefs training camp on July 29.
